After removing the test kit, you must enter the test chest or bike number to complete the package.

Download your photos directly through the Fotop app, in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download.

The photos can be submitted up to 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

After entering the breast or bike number or the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be exchanged before the race.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event to have your request reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event by sending an e-mail to sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.
